Mena Alexandera Suvari, born in 1979 is an American actor, model and fashion designer. She was born on 13 February 1979. When she was in 1990, shortly after starting her career as model, Suvari started to appear in tv shows like Boy Meets World. In 1997, she made her debut as an actor in the film Nowhere. After her performances of American Beauty (for which she received the BAFTA Award) and American Pie which attracted her much attention, she completed the transition to major roles. Following that, she starred as the main character on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2000) alongside American Pie star Jason Biggs. Spun and Trauma, the thriller movie from 2004 were two of her appearances. The actress was a part of HBO's drama series Six Feet Under. In 2004 she received an award for an Outstanding Cast member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her filmography for 2008 included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh The adaptation to The Garden of Eden and numerous other films. Suvari was featured in numerous fashion magazines and blogs and blogs, such as Vogue. She's also a Lancome model as well as appearing in ads in print for Lancome Paris Adaptive. Suvari has been a loyal campaigner for and a supporter of the esteemed African relief organization the African Medical and Research Foundation.
